Welcome to the Department of Industrial and Production Engineering at IERT, Allahabad. The Department has highly qualified and experienced faculty members. Most of them have Ph. D./M. Tech from the reputed institute like IIT’s, NIT’s and Foreign Universities having expertise in the area of Fluid, Thermal, Design, Production and Industrial engineering etc. The total intake for IP branch is 45 and there is a balanced structure of faculty and student ratio as per the AICTE norm. Department consists of the well-equipped lab, highly qualified and skilled instructors. Besides the curriculum students are also encouraged to take projects in fields of the foundry, forging, advanced manufacturing, lean manufacturing, value engineering, quality and production management.
