The Computer Science and Engineering Department was established in 2001 and it is presently running B.Tech. degree course in Computer Science and Engineering. This course is affiliated to AKTU.

Due to the integration of computer in every field of engineering and research the efforts are taken to build the advanced infrastructure with State-of-Art Technology. The total intake for computer science branch is 60 and there is a balanced structure of faculty and student ratio as per the AICTE norm. The theory lectures are supplemented with the lab experiments, assignments, and regular assessments.

The students are assigned on various projects and assignments according to their interest. The languages referenced are: JAVA, Python, C/C++/Visual C++, Visual Basic, HTML/XML/DHTML/Cgi-Bin/JAVA Script/CGI-Perl, other Web Technologies, etc.
